A handful of pictures from Ribe, Denmark are in the photo section now. We stopped for the medieval streets, but stayed for the birthplace of Jacob Riis! Nothing like the unexpected encounter with a 19th-century New York City tenement reformer to add a bit of spice to your european vacation.
Though justly famous for being Danmarks ældste by, Denmark's oldest village, the all-you-can-eat Chinese at Ribe Peking Grill gets high marks as well.
