Air France

Due to a snafu at Charles de Gaulle airport, I missed my scheduled flight back to San Francisco. Apparently they took my empty threats of "You'd better upgrade me for this!" seriously, as I found myself in business class over the Atlantic. So as not to let this opportunity go to waste, I chronicled the four-course meal they served for the benefit of my readers:

Hors-d’Å“uvre
Pétoncles marinés aux algues, salade de fenouil, ananas et tomate

Plat chaud
Filet de sandre mariné aux herbes, gâteau d’endive à l’orange, tagliatelles aux légumes

La sélection du maître fromager
Camembert, bleu de France, cabécou

Assortiment de desserts
Sorbets et petits fours secs
