There's actually quite a good Thai restaurant here in Uppsala, with locations both downtown as well as near Vaksala Torg: Amazing Thai. I've had both their buffet as well as individual dishes. What struck me about the place was their slogan, however:
"It doesn't have to be spicy, but it has to be good."
