Just got a package of fourteen records by Milton Nascimento, a singer from Brazil. Actually he's one of the singers from Brazil, whose exposure in the States was greatly increased when David Byrne included some of his music on his Beleza Tropical collection.
In general the vinyl's all in really great shape, although for some reason these Brazillian records are pressed much thinner than most I've seen produced in the US. Compared to the 180gram vinyl that most premium records are nowadays, these are postively tissue-like.
Geraes has a beautiful folk song from that region (Minas Geraes, the center of colonial mining by the Portuguese):
Oh Deus salve o oratório
Onde Deus fez a morada, oiá, meu Deus
Onde mora o Calix Bento
E a hóstia consagrada, oiá
De Jessé nasceu a vara
E da vara nasceu a flor, oiá, meu Deus
E da flor nasceu Maria
De Maria o Salvador, oiá
