Friday Brunch

Some time ago my mom brought home these great bagels from Noah's: they have full peppercorns baked into them for a great extra kick. I had some leftover roasted red pepper from a Turkish appetizer I made earlier in the week, plus some fresh parsley from the same project. Those ingredients, together with a few eggs over easy, combined to make this as-yet-unnamed concoction.
